TreeGridTowerZ is a national infrastructure initiative presented by LandShifterZ that turns living trees into certified telecommunications towers across the Republic of Ghana. Using patented aeroponic arborsculpture, indigenous species such as African Mahogany, African Teak, and Makore are cultivated and structurally shaped into load-bearing masts, replacing conventional steel towers with living, growing infrastructure that sequesters carbon and supports biodiversity.
This platform is built for landowners who want to convert underutilized land into productive assets, investors seeking long-term revenue from telecom leases, government agencies coordinating public-private partnerships, telecom operators expanding rural and urban coverage, and contractors participating in regional deployment. It details the political, technological, environmental, and economic dimensions of the project alongside a phased execution plan spanning the Adansonia pilot, the national rollout, and a sovereign communications backbone.
The project is developed by the Terreform1 LandShifterZ team in partnership with architect Mitchell Joachim of Terreform ONE, arborsculpture patent holder Ezekiel Golan, and horticulturist Mendel Skulski, with support from Ghana's Ministry of Communications and Ministry of Finance.
